We pack every order with love to make sure it reaches you safely. But just in case something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery once you send us a clear photo and video of the product in good condition.

Products must be unused and in original condition.

If a return is accepted, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by you.

Returns are not accepted for glass and ceramic items, unless they arrive in a damaged condition.

Damaged Items
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will immediately replace the same product at no extra shipping cost.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for damaged items and must be requested within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused. We will have to see a photo and a video of the product to approve exchange.

Refunds & Credit Notes
We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as:
