These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the website www.irekahomes.com (“Website”) and any purchase of products made through the Website. The Website is owned and operated by Ireka Homes LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the laws of India (“Ireka Homes”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on or using the Website, and/or placing an order with us, you (“you”, “your”, “user”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund / Shipping & Returns Policy, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place any orders.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules thereunder, as amended from time to time, and does not require any physical or digital signature.

2. SCOPE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website is an e-commerce platform that enables users to:
- Browse and purchase kitchenware, serveware, home furnishings and related home & living products, including handcrafted and wooden products; and
- Create and manage a customer account for faster checkout, order tracking, and access to offers and updates.
We may add, change, or discontinue any category, feature, or functionality of the Website at any time at our sole discretion.
3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 Eligibility
Use of the Website is available to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Website only with the consent and active supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
3.2 Account Creation
- To place an order, you must create an account on the Website by providing accurate and complete information (such as name, email address, mobile number, shipping address, etc.).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe that the information you provide is false, misleading, incomplete, or if your use of the Website violates these Terms.
4. PRODUCTS, HANDCRAFTED NATURE & CUSTOM/BULK ORDERS
4.1 Handcrafted & Natural Materials
Many of our products are handcrafted by artisans and made using natural materials (such as wood, glass, metal, etc.). As a result, minor variations in colour, grain, texture, finish, and size are natural and expected. Such variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for returns, refunds or replacements.
4.2 Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, dimensions and specifications as accurately as possible. However:
- Colours and finishes may appear differently on different screens or devices.
- Slight differences between the product images and the physical products may occur.
4.3 Customised / Bespoke Orders & MOQ
- We offer customised orders and bulk orders, including custom designs or finishes, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces per SKU (or such other quantity as we may inform you in writing from time to time).
- Custom/bulk order details, pricing and timelines will be confirmed in writing (e.g., over email or a formal quotation).
- Customised, bespoke and bulk orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-returnable, except in the case of damaged or wrong products received, as per our Returns policy.
5. PRICING, TAXES & CURRENCY
5.1 Currency
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
5.2 Pricing
- Prices for products are as listed on the Website at the time of placing the order.
- We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions or offer discounts at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any pricing error or typographical error, we may cancel or modify the order and will notify you accordingly. If payment has already been made, any excess amount collected due to such error will be refunded or adjusted, as applicable.
5.3 Taxes
Prices will either be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), as indicated on the Website/checkout page. Any additional applicable taxes or levies will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
6. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT GATEWAYS
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments in INR through one or more authorised third-party payment gateways and instruments such as (without limitation):
- Credit/Debit cards
- Net banking
- UPI
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (subject to COD charges and availability at your pin code)
6.2 Third-Party Gateways
Payments processed through third-party gateways are subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for:
- Payment failures
- Delays in the payment network
- Any unauthorised transactions arising from issues at the bank or payment gateway’s end.
6.3 Payment Security
You must use payment instruments lawfully belonging to you. We will never ask you for your full card details, OTP or PIN over phone, email or social media. You are solely responsible for the security of your payment information.
7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & COD CHARGES
7.1 Shipping Area
We currently deliver orders within India only (PAN-India) to serviceable pin codes as per our logistics partners.
7.2 Shipping Charges
- Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: An additional COD charge of ₹100 per order, unless specified otherwise on the Website or at checkout.
7.3 Delivery Timelines
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout or intimated over email/SMS. These are indicative only and may vary due to factors such as product availability, location, courier delays, holidays, or force majeure events.
7.4 Non-Serviceable Locations
If your pin code is not serviceable, your order may be cancelled or we may request an alternative address. If payment was made for a non-serviceable location, we will initiate a refund or credit as per our policies.
8. ORDER CONFIRMATION & FORMATION OF CONTRACT
- When you place an order on the Website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
- We will send you an order confirmation email/SMS acknowledging that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
- Acceptance of your order and formation of a binding contract between you and Ireka Homes LLP will occur when we dispatch the products and share shipping details (such as tracking information).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, fully or partially, at our discretion (for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information). If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded or credited as per our policies.
9. CANCELLATIONS
9.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- You may request cancellation of your order within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@irekahomes.com with your order details.
- Cancellations after the 2-hour window or after an order has been dispatched are not permitted.
9.2 Cancellations by Ireka Homes
We may cancel an order (in full or part) due to reasons such as product unavailability, inability to service your location, payment issues, or any other reason at our discretion. In such cases, any amounts paid by you for the cancelled portion will be refunded or credited as per our Refund Policy.
10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

10.1 General Rule – No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour/finish, minor variations due to natural materials, or general buyer’s remorse.
10.2 Return Eligibility – Wrong / Damaged Products Only
A return or replacement will be considered only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered); or
- The product arrived broken/damaged in transit.
10.3 Mandatory Unboxing Video & Timelines
- For any claim of damage or wrong product, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened; and
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
- The unboxing video and photos must be emailed to support@irekahomes.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims without an unboxing video or those raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.
10.4 Condition of Returned Products
If a return is approved by us:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- We will inform you of the return method (pickup or self-ship) and any applicable shipping costs.
10.5 Customised / Bulk Orders
Customised, made-to-order, bespoke and bulk orders are not eligible for returns or cancellations, except where the product is damaged in transit or we have shipped the wrong product. In such cases, the same unboxing video and 24-hour intimation requirement applies.
10.6 Refunds & Credit Notes
- We generally do not offer cash refunds for returns.
- Approved returns will be processed as:
- Credit notes for future purchases on the Website, and/or
- Replacements, subject to product availability.
- The exact refund/credit mode and processing time will be as specified in our Refund Policy and/or our communication with you.
11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not ship internationally. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India to serviceable locations.
12. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
By using the Website, you agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Website or any related servers or networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the Website, other user accounts, or any systems or networks.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Use any automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers, etc.) to access or copy content for any purpose without our prior written permission.
- Post, upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable or unlawful.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website if you violate any of the above or any other provision of these Terms.
13. USER REVIEWS & CONTENT
- The Website may allow you to post reviews, ratings, comments, photos or other content (“User Content”).
- By submitting User Content, you grant Ireka Homes LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display and distribute such content in connection with our business and marketing.
- You represent that you own or otherwise control all rights in your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
- We may moderate, edit or remove any User Content at our discretion, including content that is abusive, inappropriate or irrelevant.

- All content on the Website including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, icons, artwork, designs, audio/video clips, and software is the property of Ireka Homes LLP and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

16. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & NEWSLETTERS
- By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us, including order updates, product recommendations, promotional offers, newsletters and other marketing communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other channels.
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us at support@irekahomes.com.
- Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you non-promotional communications relating to your orders, account, or important updates to our policies.
