Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery once you send us a clear photo and unboxing video of the product.
For cancellations, returns, damaged items, or exchange requests, the first point of contact must be email only.
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
Returns are not accepted for glass and ceramic items, unless they arrive in a damaged condition.
All return/exchange requests are processed strictly as per our policy guidelines and timelines communicated via email.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, we will immediately replace the same product at no extra shipping cost.
Refunds & Credit Notes
We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as Store Credits valid for future purchases or replacements, based on your preference and product availability
