Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry instantly with a soft towel.

Do not soak the board or leave it in a wet sink.

Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive scrubbing pads.

Periodically rub a drop of food-safe mineral oil to keep the wood from drying out.

Ensure the board is 100% dry before putting it away.

Hand wash only; the heat from a dishwasher will damage the wood.

Damaged Items
