Wash the glass jars using a soft sponge and mild soap.

Wipe the wood tray, spoon and lids with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

Never soak the wood in water.

Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaning tools.

Ensure the set is 100% dry before use.

Hand wash only to keep the wood and glass looking new.

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery once you send us a clear photo and unboxing video of the product.

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

Returns are not accepted for glass and ceramic items, unless they arrive in a damaged condition.

Damaged Items
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will immediately replace the same product at no extra shipping cost.
