Each piece is handmade by artisans in Moradabad using traditional woodworking techniques. The rich wood grain makes every box unique, with slight variations in color and pattern that are part of its beauty.

The wooden lid fits neatly on top to help keep rotis and parathas fresh and covered. The metal tong makes serving easy and neat, whether you’re at the dining table or hosting guests.

Maintenance

Wipe the acacia wood box with a soft, damp cloth and dry it immediately.

Wash the metal tong with mild soap and water, then wipe it dry.

Never soak the wooden box in water or leave it damp for long periods.

Do not use bleach, abrasive scrubbers, or harsh cleaning agents.

Ensure the box is 100% dry before placing rotis or bread inside.

Hand wash only; this set is not suitable for the dishwasher.

Orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days since the date of placing the order. It might get delivered faster if the location is Delhi or UP.

Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders will incur an additional charge of ₹100.

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery once you send us a clear photo and unboxing video of the product.

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

Returns are not accepted for glass and ceramic items, unless they arrive in a damaged condition.

Damaged Items
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will immediately replace the same product at no extra shipping cost.
